Changeover from HDS/GM01 to the Port Order XML interface

As already announced in our ZAPP Circular No. 55 the interfaces HDS and GM01 will be deactivated as of 01.01.2027. Until then the changeover to the new Port Order XML format is necessary.

Participants using the Port Communication who not yet changed to the Port Order XML interface should therefore

Contact their transport system provider to find out if your provider already supports the Port Order XML interface.

If the provider already supports the Port Order XML interface, a new contract for the Port Order XML shall be signed with the DIHS-DAKOSY Interessengemeinschaft Hamburger Spediteure GmbH.

The DIHS has a new price list ready for the changeover to the Port Order XML messages.

DAKOSY charges a fee of 300 EUR per participant code for the changeover.

Transport system providers and directly connected freight forwarders who have not yet started with the implementation of the Port Order XML interface, are kindly requested to commence promptly.

Changeover to the re-export contol system (WKS)

The preparations for the changeover of the customs communication for the ASumA to the ATLAS re-export control system (WKS) are underway. In this context we would like to draw your attention to the following changes

For the interfaces additional information as described in the ZAPP Circular No. 48 and 49 is necessary. The information becomes mandatory after the changeover to WKS.

WKS will not be supported in the GM01 interface (declaration case DUX). HDS or Port Order XML messages have to be used.

Declarations with declaration case MIT will not be accepted anymore by the customs office of exit as of 01.07.2026.
