Webinar: WKS in the IMP - Changes in the transshipment process

Transshipment declarations must be migrated from IMP to WKS by June 30, 2026, at the latest. We are currently receiving many questions about this, which we would like to address in detail during a free webinar.

WKS - Warning list for incorrect assignments

With the transition to WKS, import and export manifests must contain the same number of good items and packages. If these numbers differ, IMP will no longer be able to generate a transshipment declaration. Carriers can already check in IMP-Direct under “Manifests -> Import-Export Data Comparison” whether current declarations could cause problems in WKS in the future.

To make monitoring easier for you and draw your attention to potential issues, on Wednesday, April 29th, IMP will start generating automatically this list wiht declarations oft he day bevor. It will be sent once a day as an email attachment.
